Decreasing the value could possibly help - if the constant was only used in one place, or if it was consequently used in this (imho wrong) way.

I mean, I don't know the context, but that doesn't make any sense to me. clc.serverCommandSequence + MAX_RELIABLE_COMMANDS would make sense, but subtracting it?
